Regular Meeting - June 21, 2016 |

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Knight called to order the regular meeting of the Rutledge City Council on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson, Tony Sells, Tim Smith and Bruce Altznauer were present. There were no citizens present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Tim Smith made motion to approve the minutes of the May 17, 2016 meeting as submitted. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Everyone agreed that the budget was good and had no more discussion.
OLD UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Mayor Knight stated that in December on the agenda was a presentation to Chad Cook. He said that Chad was absent that month so it was removed from the agenda. Mayor Knight said he would like to present Chad Cook with a plaque for serving the citizens of Rutledge for 4 years as Council Member post # 2. Mayor Knight presented the plaque and thanked him for all that he had done. All the council members thanked him.
Brenda Thompson made motion to adjourn at 7:30. Tony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
