CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Altznauer called to order the public hearing for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget on the above date immediately following the regular meeting. All council members were present. There were no citizens present.
DISCUSSION OF FISCAL YEAR 2021 – 2022 BUDGET
Debbie Kilgore went over the FY 21/22 budget and explained changes to some of the line items and answered questions. The total General Fund budget is $561,243.50. She asked if anyone had anymore questions. There were none.
CALL FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Altznauer called for public comments. There were none. There were no citizens present for the budget hearing.
APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE CITY OF RUTLEDGE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 BUDGET
Council member Brandie Owens made motion to approve the resolution to adopt the City of Rutledge Fiscal Year 2021 – 2022 budget. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
Tony Sells made motion to adjourn the public hearing. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
